One of the best airbnb experiences I’ve had, a very smooth stay with no issues and all the amenities and basics you could need. Very well thought out rental accommodation.
Property was super clean and neat with good quality appliances above and beyond the listing description. We ran out of ice and to our pleasant surprise in the pantry was a bench top ice maker!
Clear instructions for wifi, appliances and use of the space.

Pros:
- Three living zones with very comfortable beds and couches
- Large pool and spa
- Modern and very stylish
- Effective heating and cooling
- Doggo welcome
- Walkable (15-20mins) to shops and located on a quiet suburban street
- A thoughtful array of cereal/teas/long life milk/treats and Easter Eggs/Bubbles!
Cons
- We couldn't get the pool warm and even with the spa at maximum (40) it wasn't very warm and as a consequence didn't really use it (we read the provided instructions but didn't contact the property manager).
- Unnecessarily authoritative and stern tone in some communication (ie rules with fines on walls, threats of fines if late checkout, need to provide drivers lic n CC)
Things we wish we new:
- Minimal pantry supplies, minimal pots/pans/serving platters/no pool towels/need a HDMI cable/slowwif
