One thing to note is that this is a duplex and you get bottom floor and half the second story. This was not clear to me in the listing.

Me and my wife stayed a couple of nights at this place. Place was clean and very spacious. The location is the best part, overlooking the ocean and steps to the beach via private access. Place is in an A++ location. Beach acces right in the backyard and gorgeous, unobstructed ocean views from the deck or the windows. Very spacious accomodations and an easy walk to the boardwalk. Without a doubt a 5 star stay, though I wish they were a bit more generous on the "consumables" like TP and dishwasher soap during the stay.
Will definitely be looking back here on our next trip as...
