Seul bémol, un brin de ménage supplémentaire dans la salle de bain (douche moyennement propre …) et le sol (poussière, poil de chien) auraient été parfait.
Nous n’hésiterons pas à relouer un bien géré par l’Agence de l’Horizon.
L’appartement a été refait à neuf, ce qui est très agréable. Un point d’amélioration porterait sur la douche qui comporte des barres en hauteur qui peuvent gêner les personnes de grande taille.
Par ailleurs, le couloir de l’immeuble est un peu vétuste et mériterait d’être rénové.
Enfin, le personnel de l’agence en charge de la gestion de ce bien est très agréable et réactif.
