I will say that the second bedroom, on the top floor, is up a very steep and narrow set of stairs, which might not be suitable for people who are not agile, or have mobility issues.
Goodwin Holidays were great communicators and very responsive. Would recommend them and this property without hesitation.

This is a lovely house, which has been modernised to a very high standard. The kitchen is gorgeous, with double Belfast sink and a very swish range-style oven. Both bathrooms are modern and spacious. The stairs could be a challenge for less mobile guests, as they are very steep.
The location is ideal. It is just a short walk from the town centre, with its vast array of eateries and independent shops, plus, perfectly positioned for exploring the East Kent coast.

This is exactly how a holiday let should work. Everything was clear from start to finish. And everything was as described. The house is spotless, beautifully furnished, warm, light, comfortable and spacious. It is very quiet yet close to all amenities and within walking distance of numerous shops, pubs and restaurants. This was our first visit to Deal. We would not hesitate to return, and stay in this lovely house if it's available. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at Appledown. The bungalow was clean and well-equipped. It should be very convenient for anyone with mobility difficulties. The views are magnificent - mainly open countryside and trees - and it's also only 20 minutes across the fields from the beach at Kingsdown via public footpaths. Comms were all good and check in very easy.
