There were only two downsides: (1) spotty TV (satellite) signal, which didn't bother me but the 4 year old wasn't too thrilled (ha) and (2) the housekeeper missed the unit on her cleaning schedule, so we arrived to an unclean unit, but the front desk was very helpful in resolving the issue, the owner called to follow up, and the space was cleaned within an hour while we went and grabbed a bite to eat.
Kids loved the pools and spas. This 2nd floor condo got pretty toasty. With a central system, we were not able to adjust the heat. Master shower is broken. We would definitely come back though! Thanks!
