My stay was absolutely perfect! And the staff was so friendly and helpful.

The house was nice! They did not provide garbage bags, hand soap, paper towels, shampoo or conditioner. The pool was dirty from the hurricane flooding. We ended up getting money back for the pool not being usable but the 4 stars was due to the lack of basic amenities and 2 day response time.
