Check in downstairs was very long and our bracelets didn't work half of the time. Since it's a joint apartment and it was 6 of us, some bracelets were set for first entrance while others were programmed for the other entrance. While the host was responsive, many of the outlets were not working. The kitchen has a built in coffee machine that we weren't able to figure out and there were no instructions. There is also a Nespresso machine but there were no pods so we couldn't use it. Bathrooms had additionally installed locks that really didn't fit the decor but I understand the previous client complained that the doors weren't closing. With that said, it's a beautiful listing!
