We have been to Lake City several times as we have family there and we’re in town for a funeral. Great River Flats is relatively new so everything was clean and updated. Had all the supplies you would need. The only thing we found odd was that they provided paper towels and toilet paper but no tissues. Not a huge inconvenience but strange. You cannot go wrong staying here.

Spent a spontaneous weekend sister’s get away in Lake City. Beautiful view from the large windows. It was winter so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the expansive deck but it made us want to come back in warm weather.

Newly built building was as advertised. Everything in the condo worked as it should, nothing broken/missing. Great view, well set up kitchen, toiletries/kitchen supplies were well stocked. Host was responsive to messages.
