Wir wurden von Bruno herzlich am Treffpunkt empfangen und direkt zur Unterkunft begleitet. Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das kleine Ferienhaus ist einfach wunderschön, die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel! Es liegt in einer tollen Lage direkt am Meer, umgeben von vielen Bananenbäumen – ein echtes Paradies. Der private Pool war ein Highlight, und die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, sodass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten. Die absolute Privatsphäre war ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Ein Auto ist allerdings ein Muss, da die Unterkunft nicht wirklich zu Fuß erreichbar ist – am besten ein kleines Auto wählen und keine Scheu vor einer engen, steilen Straße haben. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

In short: our stay there was truly excellent. The villa itself is very modern and well-equipped. There's AC in every room, fast internet, big TV. The main feature though is the location. Right on top of a several 100m high cliff, the panoramic view of the coastline is breathtaking. Also having a direct, frontal view of the ocean from both beds is very luxurious, as is the infinity pool with the cliff-view. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and proactive. I also think the value for the very reasonable rate is amazing. Overall, there is no doubt, that the Sunset Cliff villas is one of my top AirBnB experiences to date. A few words of advice: you will need a car to get there and the hill leading up to the entrance is very steep. There are lots of cats in the neighborhood, which I liked a lot, but be aware they're trying to sneak in. Also the location on top of a cliff right makes the villa very exposed to the frequent storms, which is fascinating but also warrants caution.
