Our stay at Sleepy Oaks was absolutely magical! We were a group of 12 friends, and this house provided the perfect setting for our holiday gathering. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully decorated the home was. Every detail was taken care of, and it truly felt like a home away from home.
The host, Sharon, was exceptional—one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. She responded promptly, was incredibly kind, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a seamless stay.
The location was ideal, offering stunning scenery and a cozy atmosphere that made it hard to leave. Sleepy Oaks was the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable time with friends. I can’t recommend this place enough and will absolutely keep it in mind for future getaways!

The place is amazing, and the host has thought of everything needed to have a wonderful stay. It was the perfect gathering spot for our family Christmas. It was wonderful to be able to bring our boat right up to the dock and park it for easy access. We utilized every accommodation that was provided, from the paddle boards, pool, hot-tub and game tables. It was fantastic. The property was extremely clean and there were multiple gathering spots indoors and outdoors. We were lucky that December in Texas cooperated with excellent weather, so we could really enjoy all Lucy on the Lake had to offer. I highly recommend this place, and we are looking forward to next time!
