The apartment is spacious and beautiful. The views are absolutely stunning with the sun rising directly in front of the apartment. We very much enjoyed our stay and the vicinity to the sea and fishing jetty for easy water access.
The only awkward thing is that you need to pick up and drop off the keys in the centre of town, but the apartment is about 10 minutes' drive away.

Our stay at Pine Beach Villa was very enjoyable. The unit has a lovely outlook and is an easy walk to restaurants, pubs and Granite Island. The unit was clean, and bright and pleasant to be in. The only downside was that the weather was extremely hot during our stay and the single air conditioning unit in the living area did not cool bedrooms or upstairs and downstairs areas.

What an absolutely fantastic place to stay in the Victor Harbor/Encounter Bay area. The apartment is spacious, very clean, well presented, great balcony views, close to the water and The Bluff hill, and very peaceful. We saw amazing wildlife when we stayed here such as echidnas and nesting seabirds which was really cool. The company that hosts this place is local in Victor Harbor, helpful, and provided proactive communication and clear instructions for picking and dropping off the keys (only 10 minutes away from apartment). Plus, the owners left us many goodies to enjoy in the apartment, which was fabulous, thank you for these special touches. Amenities provided are plentiful and we felt right at home staying here, a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend and getting up to watch sunrise over the water from the balcony!

The location was excellent close to all that was needed. The place was as advertised. It was perfect for what I needed. Communication with the host was easy and responsive with every aspect. I will be booking again. A great time and experience.
