We stayed here for our elopement/honeymoon. Great location, right by a beach and beach hut for water sport rentals. The health club and restaurant is across the street and very nice but kind of a further walk than we realized based on the pictures. There is no restaurant on site, they said it was closed.
Downsides…no A/C. We agree with another review on here, we thought it was listed previously. Saw a HUGE cockroach in our bathroom as my wife was showering and another outside our door..so be careful to not leave any doors open. No cooking condiments/oil/basics…made it hard to want to buy that and cook a real meal but we made it work and went without. No cooler to bring down to the beach. We rented one via our car rental company.
Location is definitely the main draw here. Decent snorkeling at the beach. The condo is sort of a walk from the parking areas so if they added a beach cart it would be perfect for bringing beach stuff with you or unloading groceries from the car.

We stayed for 3 weeks, great location, the condo needs a deep clean with the tiles in the kitchen and Lani, carpet and walls are dirty. The vent/ducts were extremely dirty and needs to be cleaned out. It made the condo musty and dusty. Needs a new paint and furniture inside. No BBQ or beach equipment to use. This is probably why the price was a little bit lower than the other units but still a little overpriced for what you. get inside. The pool at the palm villas is always too cold to get into, hot tub was nice. The location and private beach were great. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils you need.

Nice place, spacious and clean. The balcony view is fantastic.
Nice location, the condo is right next to the ocean and makes it convenient to take a refreshing morning walk. There are also quite a few good restaurants and a grocery store nearby.
I definitely recommend it and would stay again.
