Het huis is zeer centraal gelegen. De Dubai Mall zit op loopafstand. Ook zijn er supermarkten en restaurants in de nabije omgeving (ook buiten de mall).
Het huis zelf is heel gezellig ingericht en schoon. De keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om je ontbijt of maaltijd klaar te maken. Bij aankomst waren er ook een aantal flesjes water, koffiecups, wc papier, wasmiddel, shampoo, douchegel, zeep en dergelijke aanwezig. Hier is echt goed aan gedacht, zeer gastvrij en handig.
Parkeren is geen probleem. Je hebt een vaste parkeerplek in de parkeergarage die ook zeer ruim is.
Het complex zelf is goed verzorgd, heeft twee zwembaden (1 voor volwassenen en 1 voor kinderen) om lekker af te koelen. Ook is er een mooie terras op de 53ste verdieping. Super bedankt!
