L'appartement est parfaitement conforme à la description, très propre, fonctionnel avec tout le confort et le balcon est très agréable.
Il est très bien situé en hypercentre à quelques centaines de mètres de la plage.
La rue est un peu passante mais le principe du quadruple vitrage isolé totalement du bruit.
Très bonne communication avec la conciergerie...
Le parking dans l résidence était un vrai plus.
Très propre, calme et spacieux à deux pas du centre-ville d’Hendaye.

Points négatifs : même avec les instructions d'arrivée, la récupération des clés en boitier sécurisée n'est pas pratique car le numéro de la rue n'est pas indiqué...
