The location was beautiful but I found the furniture to be very hard and uncomfortable. The front door bolt and the sliding glass door didn't lock. The microwave handle was broken. There was an all-day smoke alarm testing that we didnt' find out about until the night before and had to listen to it and we discovered that our smoke alarms in our unit didnt work. I expected self-check in but had to be "shown" the place. They tried to switch my unit a few days prior to arrival even though I was clear that I did not want a ground apartment. When I wrote to them of my concerns they took a day to get back and told me I was told that I should use the airbnb app but should have contacted someone via whatapp. Overall, the place has great potential and if you speak Spanish you won't have any issues. I would not stay in a property of their's again.
