Nice, spacious and clean apartment in a good location. Many sights are within walking distance and if you don't want to walk there are subway, tram, bus and train stations very close by. The apartment is right next to "pink street" and is pretty noisy, especially at night, however the windows seal quite well.
Check-in and out was easy and the communication with the host team was smooth, super friendly and accommodating.

Location was amazing as it was located to metro, quick Uber to Downtown and lots of shops chose by. Grocery store and amenities only minutes away so for us preparing meals from the unit made it convenient. Very close to airport as well. Convenience, cleanliness and comfort were a major plus for us. Nuno and his team were amazingly fast to respond to any of our enquiries. This was key to a great stay!
We will definitely recommend this location to friends!

I definitely prefer self checkin at a time that is convenient for me. I didn't see any reason why we couldn't have had that as when we met with the guy all he did was show us around the space, look at our ID & sign some paper which could have easily been done online and we had already sent our passports online anyways.
It's very dark inside. At night, it's very very dark inside. The lighting definitely needs to be upgraded. We had to literally move the dining table over by the window in order to get decent light. Overall the entire place was dark. The hallway sensor lights didn't work at all. I asked them to fix it one night, they did, but then the following night it didn't work again, so I just left it. We had to use our phone flashlights everytime we went out and in at night.
With a few upgrades I think this place could be excellent. It has great bones. Needs more kitchen items. Lacking in that regard too.
