Great location! The apartment was very nice. It is in an older building that is well maintained. The unit could benefit from a refreshment but is a good value especially given the location. The unit is on the second floor and was easily accessible via stairs but the elevator was nice when navigating with luggage and groceries. Check in/check out was a breeze. The walls with adjoining apartments are a bit thin and you can often hear the neighbors. Not that it was disruptive but ear plugs could be useful for light sleepers. Had a great stay for five weeks.

Bon séjour
★★★★
The place was very convenient to get around the city as well as access necessities nearby. Relatively safe area with many families in the neighborhood. Many restaurants, cafes, and patisseries/boulangeries nearby as well as grocery stores and a mall within a few blocks. A few blocks away from a bi-weekly farmers market. The Metro Line 10 is down the block and Metro Line 6 a few blocks in the other direction. Eiffel Tower/Trocadero is a 20-30 min walk and Arc de Triomphe is a 50 min walk.
I was attending an intensive certificate program at Le Cordon Bleu, and this was an extremely convenient location (5-10 min walk). It was also nice to have a washer in the apartment as well as an iron for maintaining my uniforms.
The kitchen was well equipped with all necessities and utensils. The refrigerator is a bit outdated, but that was explained when I arrived. And there is no oven.
Overall, I was very pleased and happy with my stay. If I return, I hope to be able to stay here again.
★★★★
The apartment was beautiful with a large kitchen for Paris. Equipped with a washer/dryer and dishwasher. A good sized bedroom and very tastefully decorated. The location was great close to everything one could want. It was very secure with a lovely lobby and a lift. It was a bit noisy as there were cafes at either end of the block , this also was maybe especially noticeable because we had the windows slightly open for fresh air. I would highly recommend this apartment.
