Firstly there was no duvet for the sofa bed and we had to go to a hotel down the road to pick one up. This should be checked after every stay.
Second, the fixtures and fittings are not in great condition. The lamps are wobbly, the tap in the kitchen is very wobbly, the window in the front room is dirty with bird droppings. One of the chairs in the kitchen was broken
One of us was cold in bed and there wasn’t spare bedding in the bedroom

Both beds were comfortable and the flat was warm. The shower was hot and powerful
