LO UNICO QUE ESTABA MUY PERO MUY SUCIO FUE EL BAÑO DE ABAJO, NADA QUE VER CON LA HABITACION LIMPIA QUE TE ENTREGAN. EL BAÑO ESTA EN EL LOBBY DEL HOTEL, JUSTO EN EL PASILLO DONDE ESTA EL RESTAURANTE Y LA ALBERCA, ES MUY FACIL ENTRAR AHI, PERO EL BAÑO TANTO DE HOMBRES COMO DE MUJERES ESTABA MUY SUCIO. ES EL UNICO PERO QUE LE PONDRIA, LO DEMÁS ME GUSTO MUCHO; PERSONAS MUY LINDAS.

Todo bien, la decoracion navideña me encanto, la habitacion reservadam amplia, los blancos y limpieza perfectos mi familia muy agradecida, la alberca no se pudo utilizar falta de limpieza

El hotel agradable, nos toco una fuga en el lavabo del baño que nunca atendieron. El restaurante cierra a las 11:30 así que no hay alimentos después de esa hora. Las personas son muy serias y distintas en el servicio a Guadalajara, parecía que les estaba uno pidiendo favores y tardaban mucho en atendernos (área del restaurante para desayunos). El último día nos toco que llegaran varios comensales que no estaban alojados en el hotel y nos atendieron después de ellos, aunque estuviéramos antes ahí. El elevador solo soportaba una persona con las dos maletas o dos personas, así que tuvimos que dividirnos para ir por escaleras y subir maletas por elevador.
En general muy cómodo y la alberca agradable, después de unos días, ya nos acostumbramos al trato serio de las personas, pero como que es una característica general de la gente de ahí.
