First time in PR and we usually stay in resorts. Wanted a quick 4-5 day no-fuss getaway for our anniversary. After much back and forth among several, I decided upon this property, and I am so happy I did. The only appliance missing was an oven but no big deal. Everything else was great. Loved the shower (left one is super hot and right one super cold. ) After the first 2 bipolar showers, we figured it out! lol! Loved how we're right off Loiza, an extremely popular street. Had Everything in walking distance, and whatever wasn't, was an affordable uber away. Loved it all and it felt really safe. Guatem was responsive and readily available. When we return, we WILL stay here again! So simple and humble, yet all we really needed. Thank you!!

We really enjoyed staying in Unit 204. Gautam was very helpful and communicative before and during our stay. The unit is conveniently located and although in a busy part of town, was quiet inside. We would definitely stay here again!

This studio was located in a nice, mellow neighborhood of San Juan that is an easy walk away from the beach and shops/restaurants. The apartment is well appointed and has good window exposure and a nice deck where you can relax, get sun, etc. There’s ample parking on the street, which is great. Anyone with a Jeep should consider using the cheap and convenient gated parking on the property, since spare Jeep tires sometimes get stolen in PR. Gautam was a very good and responsive host and I would look forward to staying again sometime.
