One of the best stays I’ve ever stayed at. Super clean, gated,2 pools, easy to get to. Over looks the water. I would stay here again. Host checks on you the whole time.

We spent a few vacation days as a family in the eastern part of Puerto Rico — a place we had never visited before — and it turned out to be an excellent idea. We had a wonderful time! The place is fantastic and just as shown in the photos, with the only exception being the tennis court area, but that didn’t take away from the experience at all. In our case, we played pickleball, enjoyed the pool, and played basketball.
Sebastián is an outstanding host — very attentive and always kept great communication with us.
This is also a great option if you’re planning to go to Bad Bunny’s “La Residencia” concert. The “Choliseo” (José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum) was 41 minutes away on the way there and just 38 minutes on the way back. We took the Tren Urbano from the San Francisco station and avoided expensive parking fees and all the heavy traffic of the metro area.
All in all, an excellent experience — 100% recommended!

This place is right in the heart of Condado, the beach is a mere 5 min walk and there are so many restaurants around the area. Host was super responsive and provided us some good recommendations of the city!

I really loved this Airbnb. It was super walkable and if you’re looking to get a car they have a parking spot available if you want that option. There are a lot of restaurants to try. Condado Beach is literally a two minute walk. La Placita is a three minute drive if you’re into bars and clubbing. If you decide not to get a car, Uber or super affordable. If you do decide to get a car, they have a parking spot with a gate so you don’t have to worry about anyone touching your stuff. My favorite part was how secure the building was, you need a key to get inside and your door will have a code to get inside of there. A lot of Airbnb don’t supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and that was in the shower. The washer and dryer also came in handy. I was surprised to also find that the house supply beach towels so you don’t have to pack them. All in all, I had a wonderful stay!

The hacienda is beautiful. We had an excellent experience. We loved the river and the pond, as well as the trees and the natural surroundings. The communication with Sebastian and Olga was great.
