We had a good time staying here. Everything was very clean and there was a ton of space. They were good at communicating, but we did have to wait a little for our room to be done which was a bummer. The lady who checked us in couldn’t have been nicer. We also got a new room (which was great) but it was different from the one we thought we reserved. The new room didn’t come with the pull out couch like we thought we were getting. It all turned out fine but maybe communicating that change a little sooner would have been nice. The only thing we would change is to add curtains in each of the bedrooms because there is a very bright light right under them. It made the rooms very bright and hard to sleep in during the evening. Overall we had a very nice time staying here. It was the perfect distance to the stadium for the football game. And the facility is very private and safe.

This apartment was very clean and spacious. Perfect place if you are looking for a place while at any of the hospitals in Texas medical center. 9 minute drive to the center and no traffic. There are restaurants close by. The host was very responsive and helpful. They were flexible and helped alter our stay when we encountered a problem. Would recommend this place if you can handle a short walk from parking garage to apartment.

My recent stay at this apartment was generally positive, but a few issues impacted my experience. Initially, there were cleanliness issues in the balcony, windows, fridge, and kitchen cabinets. The host promptly resolved these upon request.
However, a persistent cockroach problem required repeated assistance and was only partly solved. A more comprehensive approach is recommended to ensure a pest-free environment.
The mattresses were too soft, taking several days to adjust to. Providing firmer mattresses could enhance overall comfort.
Despite these issues, the host's responsiveness was commendable. The apartment's location is great, and with improvements in cleanliness and bedding comfort, it could offer an excellent experience.
