House itself was very nice and had plenty of room for our entire family. That being said, we didn’t have any hot water for the first day and we tried calling the main line as instructed hoping to connect with their after hours service and no one responded. We finally got the hot water about 15 hrs after we messaged the host and tried calling the number several times. It did get resolved. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable

The casita was clean, comfortable, and plenty of room for 2 plus our dog. We enjoyed the grill and outdoor fireplace and utilized the kitchen. Hamilton Pool and Westcave are conveniently located about 20-25 minutes away. Just make sure you receive check-in instructions before you pull up to the property. The host responds promptly for issues and questions. We enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay! Very clean, located at the very back of a neighborhood and was very quiet. All as described. There is not a TV so if wanting to watch TV bring an iPad or computer. Has everything needed and is not far from town for food and shopping. Also not a bad drive to Wimberly or Gruene if wanting to do something different. Host were very responsive, helpful and clear on instructions.

First let me say our entire group truly enjoyed our stay. We loved the layout, the outdoors, hot tub, (which was perfectly clean and at just right temperature).
Driveway area for kids riding bikes, the kitchen could not have been better stocked. We were thrilled to see deer in the yard! The beds were very comfortable! Loved having toilet paper in the bathrooms and showers having a good shampoo/conditioner and body soap was very helpful!
Only a few negatives; loved the back yard. But, the stairs/back yard need lights. The one upstairs bathroom, does not have a shower. The cleanliness was good. But, could have been better.Also, the pool REALLY needs to have a gate to keep little ones safe!! If we would not have had our own temporary solution, we would not enjoyed our weekend nearly as much. With all positive and few negatives … we. would most definitely stay here again!
