I Play Inn is great place when you want to visit Taipei. There are a lot of shops around and restaurants. If you prefer bicycling than walking there is Ubike station very close to the hostel!

Great capsule hotel for budget travel. The bed is spacious and clean, they provide big lockers for your bags (fits a carry-on nicely). It was a little tricky getting inside as the reception sign doesn't show the inn's name too visibly but the instructions to the building were clear enough. The neighbourhood is great, lively, full of shops and restaurants. It's also close to both bus and metro stations. About 30 mins from the airport, can only recommend.

This is my first time staying at a hostel (?) surprisingly it was fun! Will definitely recommend this place to friends! Although the bathroom is a bit smelly (which is normal but yea that’s about it) there were some noises at night and the sleeping area is comfy, I thought it would be much more smaller which is nice! Thank you for the lovely stay!

Pretty nice hostel, place is clean and beds are comfy. Ximen is also a great neighborhood to be in. Be careful with google maps it took me to the wrong area. Also bring your own towel or be prepared to pay 20 ntd for a disposable one.
