I had previously messaged asking if they were open and they had not replied to me. When we got to the hot springs you could only use them if you paid for a room at the hotel or a spa package. Great location. Spacious. Great patio space. Hardest bed we have ever slept on. Tested all 4 beds and all were very very firm. Beds were loud and creaky just rolling over. We really liked the unit but the poor sleep for all 4 adults would be enough not to return.
