The location is great. The beach really is very close and can easily be accessed by foot. There's also a small store and a Pádel court not far from the house.
For 9 people the place can get a bit crowded sometimes but it was still manageable.
The center of San Teodoro and 2 beaches were within easy walking distance and the beach shuttle was very nice. The facilities in the accommodation were less than described. The basic equipment did not include olive oil, salt and pepper like mentioned. You also have to get your own toilet paper, washing-up liquid and tea towels etc. The main reception of the resort was very nice and competent. Unfortunately, it was very difficult to communicate in our reception, because she was friendly but couldn't speak English and he didn't respond to any of our questions. But the host was always available via Airbnb and helped us organize.
All in all, everything was great, a more detailed description would be the only thing that would be desirable.
