It was a comfortable and premium stay with insta. The rooms and service were splendid and would certainly refer others to opt for instay.

The host team was very responsive and gave us early check-in on request because we had a lot of luggage with us.
The flat is definitely worth the price, the only negative would be the locality, it felt a bit in the outskirts and with not much to do or places to eat.
Although swiggy/Zomato is always there and delivers here from most of the food chains and all known locations are 20-30 min drive away from the BnB.
I would definitely recommend this if the location is not a constraint for someone and you need a 3bhk in a budget.
