My only nitpick is that some amenities that you might find in other homes like soap and cleaning supplies are very skimped on or are not included.
Easy check in and checkout. The house was clean on arrival and the elevator was useful for unloading an entire car up to the third floor (after figuring out how to use it which was a little tricky to get it going the first time). There is plenty of parking however we came with quite a few cars and when the lower level checked in for a night, it took a little bit of Tetris to fit all the cars without the separate parties blocking each other.
We rented during winter so it was very peaceful, not many people. We lucked out with a nice warm day and enjoyed the fenced in area behind the house. The tide comes all the way up to the stairs so there wasn’t much beach, but not a big deal for us during the season. Still an absolutely beautiful view from the house.
We had 9 adults, 5 kids and felt we had plenty of space.

Typical scuffs of a rental property, just enough decor to not be bare but not enough to feel cozy and at home. More hand towels would have been nice, and maybe a pantry with general household supplies like trash bags, paper towels, etc. Again, probably other groups steal all of that so now we suffer. If you bring a lot of your own things you won’t have a problem.
