Location is excellent… in a very hilly area it was easy to get to the home from parking and an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops! The home is beautiful with lovely furnishings. If you like very firm mattresses, this is your place. Only real criticism is main en suite bathroom is very small with very small shower— common in European homes, but still very tight for a a week’s stay.

La villa si presenta come un vero e proprio borgo composto da 2 grandi edifici ognuno con i propri spazi (camere con bagno, cucine e spazi comuni).
Tutto super pulito e ordinato e una cucina professionale che ci ha facilitato la preparazione del cenone di capodanno.
Servizio dell’agenzia impeccabile che il primo gennaio, insieme ad un idraulico, ci ha risolto dei problemi che avevamo in 2 stanze con l’acqua calda (e non era per niente scontato il primo Gennaio).
Consigliato per gruppi di amici che vogliono trascorrere un po’ di tempo insieme lontano dal caos delle grandi città.

Vittorio’s place is beautiful, very comfortable, extremely well located, and very quiet (all windows being closed at night as it was winter). The view is spectacular and we were even able to have lunch i the sun outside on Dec 30!
Roberto, the person who welcomed us, was extremely helpful and responsive when we had a medical emergency during our stay.
If you plan to have meals at the property, stop at Conad supermarket before going up to Cortona. For anyone who wants to splurge on an amazing meal, reserve a table at Al Tocco in Cortona.
