So I booked the stay for 10 people. 1st br had 1 queen and 1 single. 2nd br had 1 single. 3rd br had 1 queen and 1 single but the single bed you have to put on the floor. And they have 1 sofa bed and 1 bunk bed at the hall. And kitchen equipment are all good. Now comes the worst part where this Urban Suites has 2 buildings, block A and block B. So when getting the keys and park the car, nobody told us anything about the two building stuff. So I parked my car and took the lift to go to lobby to get my keys. But there's nothing and I contacted my host. She told me I need to get the keys from lobby at Block B. For that, we supposed to take the lift B from the parking (instructions were not clear). I walked all the way from Lobby A to guard house and then to Lobby B which is few hundred metres away. I got the keys and got back up. The lift B is at least 400 m far from my parking spot. So instructions needs to be very very clear. And thankfully the host was always online to help.

Great place to stay, got many facilities that can be use… the biggest positive side, there were many pool (sandy pool, gym pool, jacuzzi pool, and,playpool and infinity pool) All my niece were very happy playing and swimming on this place…my niece also do activities like rock climbing…it were very fantastic moment for them…the only downside of this place was the elevator… In a peak hour, we waiting for almost 1 hour to get down…2 out of 4 elevator can’t be used on that time…

when we take over. just slight dirty in the bathroom ha ha.. slight .. can be improve. as for others generally quite acceptable.
anyway, we have a very helpful host, when we found out shortage of towel, immediately she send someone to bring up. we recommend and stay again if we come again to Penang.
my grandkids love the pool.
