Location was within 10-20 minutes of most things we wanted to do— Gatlinburg strip, trails, etc. Hills around property were very steep and no sidewalks so you could not walk around property or to nearby shopping/coffee shop. The Gatlinburg Grind (super close coffee shop) is a must stop for great coffee and amazing pastries. One thing that was inconvenient was the property did not include some basic items like salt and pepper, hand soap (other than a bar of soap), coffee, and blankets for couch (only a sheet). If you’re not planning to make food this is a good option but if planning to cook just know pans are old and you’ll have to bring your own seasoning/butter/etc. Hot tub was nice and bath tub was super spacious. Taxes on this property were $150 for two nights which seems kinda high to me. The space was big and spacious. Overall, would be more worth it if a little cheaper and more basic products were provided.

Great views of the mountains in the background. Very clean house and enjoyed the pool located in the basement. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. There is plenty of great hiking trails near by that are easy day hikes especially with little ones. There’s also a lot of restaurant options within 30 minutes or less as well. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Over all had a good experience, make sure to read the listing very well. Was under the impression that the stove included an oven, it did not. There also was no freezer space just two mini fridges. The jetted tub only had scalding hot water and the water was very yellow/dirty when it came out. The room and staff otherwise were great.
