Jean-Pierre was very friendly and welcoming. He provided recommendations upon arrival and met us there as well to help us settle in and familiarize ourselves with the place. The apartment is just the right size for two people, and though small, catered to our every need. Nice bathroom and shower, comfortable bed, and a nice living space to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. One of the biggest highlights was the location, just about a 10-15 minute walk to Chatalet Les Halles station, and about a 15-20 minute walk to the river and central Paris. Well situated for walking into the heart of the city as well as to the gastro hub of the 11ème arr. Would absolutely recommend to a couple or solo traveler in Paris. Santé

We enjoyed our stay at Jean-Pierre's place. It was comfortable and in a great neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable.
As others have written, the four-key-routine got old real quick.
One of the location highlights was going to the patisserie next door every morning for a fresh baguette.
