Paul as a host is very helpful and easy to get along.
The units he gave our group are excellent! Even the Staff of the condo are friendly and helpful.
Since we are a big group, Paul had to make adjustments in order to make our stay as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible.
The location is great. You can walk to a lot of places. You dont even have to leave the condo complex because the first and second floors are commercial spaces that for food and groceries, barbershop and even a deparment store!
Banks and the Public Market is just a walking distance (500m or less).
The pool area is a great place to unwind after a long day.
And the best of all is there is an outlet nearby for the renknowned Cebu Lechon. Dont worry about high blood, there is a nearby Watson's Pharmacy for your maintenance.
Lastly, try the Sorbetes located at the ground level. You will never regret it.
Overall, for this budget range, this stay is the best deal you could ever get.

Super nag enjoy and kids while we are staying. The place was big, so spacious upstairs, ganda sa topview lalo na sa gabi. Thank you so much sa hosts dahil napaka responsive ninyo everytime may needs kami. Yung mga aircon lang mejo mahina at may napapansin kaming amoy sa loob but overall it was a great experienced with family.

The place was very senior/pwd friendly, my mother was very comfortable with the bed and the toilet. The place was clean and have complete set of utensils and appliances. Since the room is located on the corner, the view is very nice you can see the city towards the cclex srp.

Although some things needed some fixing (i.e Bathroom door upstairs hard to lock, plumbing issues downstairs), we really felt at home with the place and enjoyed the majestic view in the kitchen. Also, Paul and Justine are very responsive, so are their staff. 5/5 for overall experience! Well recommended ❤️
