My family and I have stayed at this property twice. It’s still one of our favorites. Between the layout, location, game room for the kids and working heated pool/spa, We’ve experienced other properties where we paid for pool heat that didn’t work. I would definitely book again. The only issue this time was that an alarm in the owners utility room was going off the entire stay, which was loud enough to hear in the bedroom downstairs with door closed. Thankfully it was only five of us and we could all sleep upstairs. When we arrived I called it in, The young lady said someone would be there before 8:30pm. They never responded. Instead of going to the grocery store to get things we needed after check in, I had to wait around for someone to not show up. We had to turn the tv or music up loud enough to drown out the alarm. I tried calling again and the young lady stated the they have work orders. After that I didn’t want to waste any more time on it, as we were only staying for a few days.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is as described and the pool was big with bushes surrounding it which made it more private. The host was very responsive and took care of some minor issues which we had during our stay. Highly recommend this property

We had a great time. the house worked out perfectly. The kitchen has cabinets with secret drawers... we had to have someone come show us where the silverware was located. After that all was great.
the BBQ grill has seen its day. probably time for a new one. but we managed. Jeeves was a great host and fixed any problems we encountered.

This is our 2nd time staying at a Jeeves managed property at Reunion. My family of 6 and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay once again while visiting Disney. The house was beautiful and very clean. The kids loved the game room and offerings. The water pressure in the showers could be a little more powerful, but wonderfully enough the water heater stood up against multiple people taking steaming hot showers post parks. We loved that there were tons of towels available. I’d definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting Orlando.
