It is downstairs (with the outside entrance around back) which meant occasionally we heard noises from upstairs (to be expectedπ), and I'm sure they heard some of ours.
The central air for the building means that it is controlled from upstairs (understandable) but that does make it tricky when you have different preferences in temps than the other guests (or if they turn it off), but there was a space heater provided that usually was enough for keeping one room warm.
We thoroughly appreciated the owners opening up the home for us to stay here and visit family in the area! Thank you, Toppings and Chelsea!
