Spacious house with a great layout for the amount this house sleeps which was 10 adults and 5 kids for us. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and open to the family room/dining table and it’s a nice large room with plenty of seating for all. We were super comfortable and didn’t feel squished or like we were bumping into each other the 4 days we were there. Beds are comfortable with no complaints from anyone. It’s a beautiful house on a beautiful street and not far from Snow Summit to drop our snowboarders off. Host responds fast and very kind, helpful and gracious. The best home we’ve found for our large family Big Bear ski weekend with kids and grandkids. The huge master suite (queen bed with 2 sets of bunks) is great for a family with 4-5 kids with one bunk being full size top and bottom. Will def rent again enthusiastically. We loved everything about this house.

The place is in a perfect location. Not far from downtown, really close to the zoo, resorts amd other activities. The listing had everything we needed with a nice hot tub! The place was nice and cozy with a nice yard in the back. We went after some fresh snow, they had the driveway clear of snow 👌🏽.

I can’t say enough nice things about the reservation location! A great place to stay with kids. I was there with two teenage boys and we had plenty of fun with the pool table, air, hockey, and poker games! But I wish we’d found this place when all four of our kids were younger as they would’ve had a blast. A very relaxing place to go after a day of skiing. The driveway/parking pad was perfect. We have a large Yukon AT4 and it fit nicely along with a second car when my cousin came to visit. And … Oh that master bedroom! The comfiest bed in the world. Our host was great with everything and we didn’t have any problems. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home with beautiful lake views! Walked to the lake straight from the back of the home. Plenty of space for a little getaway with family or friends.
