The house is very fabulous place and near to the town. Also have everything we needed not only hair dryer but also washing machine and dryer. It was wonderful to live in this house. Moreover, the services from landlord are very helpful. And we lived more than 10 days the landlord also offer us the cleaning staffs. Fantastic view over the city from the apartment and from the bonus roof terrace. Apartment is modern, new kitchen and bathrooms. Location is great, walkable to everywhere and nice park behind.
Our only concerns were around the bed and towels. We were only left one set of towels, not a huge deal as there is a washing machine. The beds were the main issue. The mattresses are very hard and lumpy in both rooms, to the point where we went to buy mattress toppers to make them somewhat reasonable. We did leave the toppers behind so hopefully they are left in the property for others to use.
Overall, great visit but the beds do need to be addressed as it affects sleep.

The flat is in a beautiful location, next to a little waterfall, with a lovely walk up and down the river. It is as shown, kitchen fully equipped, very comfortable. The managing crew were extremely helpful, they were answering all our questions even during Xmas eve (!). On Boxing day one lady from the management came herself to help us open the windows in the living room which were stuck. We were amazed with their support! Their instructions (re the keys or how to come from the airport) were very clear and accurate. There is no parking available nearby (but this was mentioned in the description anyway). There is a bit of dumpness in the storage room, I would recommend more airing the apartment while cleaning. In short we were delighted with the flat and the support of the management crew and fully recommend it!

Fantastic Airbnb, out of the busy streets but still very much walkable to the city centre and an easy bus into Leith.
