I haven’t marked 5/5 across the board for two reasons:
1. The third bathroom is a ‘Jack and Jill’ ie linked to two bedrooms. This didn’t suit our party, and made the stay less comfortable for us. I wouldn’t have booked had this been clear in the listing. But of course may suit others.
2. The hosts pushed for me to call when we arrived for access details. This has never been required at other accommodation and no reason was given. The instructions were given in writing after repeated requests, but they were unclear and led to a delay in access.
