super okay yung place since kami lang yung guest and nag enjoy talaga kami very friendly lahat ng staff yung admin madali kausap name nya pala si billy super madsling kausap and super accomodating siya also wala naman kaming masasabi sa lugar talagang malinis at talagang nag enjoy ang family ko ang konting problem lang eh kailangan lang medyo malupit kanh driver kasi pag medyo may kalakihan ang sasakyan mo mahihirapan ka medyo saktuhan lang yung kalsada papasok sa resort pero pagpasok ng resort amazing na talaga from the staff to the resort itself napakanda ng view breathtaking talaga special watching the sunset tapos sunrise maganda talaga kitang kita talaga all in all yun lang talaga ang sablay yung papasok sa resort pero yung resort maganda talaga at maganda lalo pag kasama mo family mo babalik balik ka dito

The Tierra de Lago resort was a good place. Billie (the attendant) was very hospitable and understanding, and the rest of the staff were all friendly. However, the host replies too slowly. The first time I tried to book, it was canceled because they failed to accept it, so I tried booking again. Make sure to book a few weeks or even a month before your stay.
When we arrived at the location, it was a bit later than the check-in time because of the traffic (but we informed her about it). She didn't provide her contact number; instead, she gave someone else's number that couldn't be reached. As a result, we had to wait for about 15-20 minutes at the gate before it was opened by the guard. Fortunately, Billie was nice and allowed us to stay for a few more hours the next day to enjoy the place. It was secluded but okay for the price. Don't expect a hotel-level luxury stay; this is an experience with nature, which is what I love most.

Our family of five had a fantastic stay. As the only guests on the premises, we enjoyed a sense of exclusivity. The property's spaciousness and the variety of activities within walking distance were perfect for keeping us entertained.
The true highlight of our stay was the three wonderfully warm pools. During the chilly and rainy season, these pools provided a cozy oasis where we could relax and have fun despite the weather. Whether it was a relaxing dip or hours of family swimming, these pools were an absolute blessing.
To top it off, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade for the night, ensuring we stayed warm and comfortable. The staff's outstanding service made our stay even more memorable, as they catered to our every need, despite the smaller guest count. This place surpassed our expectations, offering the perfect setting for a delightful family getaway during the rainy, cold season.

We were a bit shocked by the narrow road as described in the other guest reviews. I quite didn't expect that isa xa literal na iskinita and u have to be an experienced driver if first time mo mkpsok. Hope meron staff s labas n pde mg guide. Getting inside we were welcomed by the staff. Accommodating naman xa and she explained everything about our stay clearly. We were just disappointed s serving ng breakfast nmin kc ang tgal dmting. Maaga n nga cla mgpa checkout 11am tps breakfast arrived at 10am. We are all starving! Sa halip n sana mdami p kme ngawa we were just waiting in the room cant do anything because of hunger. And also rent of water dispenser pla is just the dispenser alone and we still need to buy the gallon of water.
But the place is promising! If they can have a good route going to the place and have their own restaurant inside the premises they can compete with the other known resorts in Luzon.
