Pros: Unbelievable view, peaceful, quiet, very clean, lovely community pool, nice local recommendations from rental company. Very convenient to have use of beach chairs and umbrella - highly recommend driving to Hanalei Bay with these.
Cons: Furniture - particularly the master king bed - is very old and worn. For the price we paid I would expect at least a decent bed. Super old (and stained) mattress with a cheap topper that didn’t help. We did not sleep well which was a bummer.
Worth noting: Princeville - while beautiful and quiet - feels a lot like a retirement community. You will need a rental car if you want to leave the complex and experience anything “local.”
Overall: Amazing views and very clean but I would look for another place in the same Princeville complex.

As amazing, if not better, than advertised! The location, the lovely property and the panoramic views of the ocean and mountains blew us away. The kitchen is well stocked and it was so nice to have the use of the beach chairs and umbrella. We were comfortable and left feeling rested and energized. We hope to come back!

Great house for six people. Each bedroom had some privacy, and it's own bathroom and good views. The large living/kitchen/dining area was a fun place to meet up.
Fantastic view from the huge front deck.
The house feels very Hawaiian in a warm and welcoming way.
Our family had a wonderful week there.

We spent a lot of the time on the peaceful lanai, listening to the morning parakeet commute, the roosters and the waves. The home was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C and fans worked well. We had a little trouble getting a parking permit and wound up getting one from an employee at the complex a couple days after we'd been there, despite a call to the emergency number. Turns out the complex is pretty aloha about booting cars. The key holder is tricky and could stand to be updated with an electronic keypad on the door. One day, we dropped the key as we were putting it away and it bounced under the door where we couldn't retrieve it. The property management company was quick to respond and retrieve the key for us while we went about our day elsewhere. Location is great, with the boat harbor (great for sunsets with the Spouting Horn in the background) and the Kukui'ula Shopping Center are within walking distance.

A magical place to visit!
