Really cute complex in an unfortunate location on Key West. They've tried to make the best of it, but the noise from the major road next to it permeates the resort. Booking throughAir B and B, found out after arrival that the pics were generic and didn't match our unit. (Pics were of a two-level townhouse type unit, with a balcony open on two sides, and a view of the marina. For someone with claustrophobic issues, that matters.
The unit was decently appointed, and very clean. There wasn't coffee, as promised, or hangers (!) but we got some from the office.
Note there are ZERO towel exchanges, so we had to pay to use the laundromat and wash towels midway through.
The "bar" on-site is darling! But, it only offers beer and wine, however has great bar games to play.
Overall, if I had gotten what we contracted for, I may stay again one day.

I’m going to start with the positives, the place was clean, eveyone that works their is very nice. There is an awesome bar on property called Gumbos they are so nice in there, it’s a cool
Locals spot but they are so welcoming to everyone. Their hamburgers are to die for.
The laundry faculties on site are expensive. $2.50 per machine per load. Bring your own Detergent. There’s a laundry Matt called Margaret Truman’s launderette they will wash and fold your clothes for $10 a bag!!!!! Just saying…
So not sure if I will stay here again.. it seems like they have ridiculous stringent rules that are borderline wtf?? On the back of the toilet there’s a note saying what to put in the garbage and what you can put Iin The toilet (rudely worded) . I do understand some people have no common sense but most do so maybe they should tone down the note a bit. When you check in you get a map and instructions on all the do’s and dont’s most of the don’ts will cost you $25 .

My husband and I each had our older sisters with us, who happen to be best friends. My sister used to be a condo owner so we are familiar with it and we love the bar and dock at the waterfront on the property. The apartments are clean and the resort management is kind and helpful during business hours. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware and silverware. However, there were no large cutting utensils. Loved staying there!!!!!

Very nice unit. Wonderful that they had a luggage cart and an elevator. Made it so much easier for older people to get to their unit. It was exactly as described and had everything we needed but be sure to bring your own shampoo etc.
