We enjoyed our 4 week stay. This home is very spacious. The primary bedroom was very comfortable. Kitchen had one of everything except a hand mixer. Main living area was very comfortable. The backyard was private and there are places to enjoy the sun and the shade. Neighbors were friendly. We used amenities at 5 Rec Centers and golfed at 5 SC courses multiple times. We brought our bikes and enjoyed riding the 3 loops in SC as well as other rides.
Personal preference: Though there are many towels, they were thin. We did purchase several bath towels at Costco and a beach towel.
We would highly recommend this home for a very comfortable stay in the area.

We had a great week at Nick's house. It was big & beautiful, very comfortable, with a fully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the heated pool & peaceful neighborhood. Everything was very clean and well maintained. My only complaint, and this isn't at all reflective of the house, is that this area of Goodyear is not as central to everything, but that seclusion is probably a bonus to some!
