Das Apartment befindet sich direkt in der Business Bay Area und knapp 20 Minuten "Gehdistanz" von der Metro Station Business Bay Area. Auch wenn es im Sommer recht warm ist so kann man am Abend zur Rush Hour auch mal zu Fuss oder mit dem E-Scooter schnell zur Metro kommen. Taxis und Uber finden die Location sehr gut. Die Lage ist geprägt durch die Baustellen (wie überall in Dubai Downtown) etwas laut. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Pool & Gym sind im Preis inkludiert. Zusätzlich kann man auch noch kostenlos seinen Mietwagen im Parkhaus parken. Ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (F-Mart). Was noch schön wäre wenn bei einem längeren Aufenthalt zwischendurch die Bettwäsche und Duschtücher ohne Aufpreis wechseln lassen könnte. Ansonsten habe ich nichts zu bemängeln. Die Grösse des Apartments und der Balkon sind absolut in Ordnung für 2 Personen.

Ļoti jauks un kārtīgs dzīvoklis pastaigas attālumā no Burj Khalifa. Dzīvoklis tīrs un kārtīgs ar visu nepieciešamo, lai tur uzturētos. Jauka trenažieru zāle un arī baseins, kur var sauļoties un peldēties. Tuvumā ir gan restorāni, gan veikaliņi, kur var iegādāties pārtiku un citus sīkumus.
Pietrūka vienīgi instrukcijas kā izmantot seifu un kā ieslēgt televīziju. Kopumā laba izvēle. Iesaku!
