Wonderful place- primarily because of the beautiful views, on the water. The outside patios were just awesome- a great place to enjoy sunset. The association pool was great. The townhouse is slightly dated in appearance but the furniture is very clean and maybe even new. The kitchen is well stocked- we cooked dinners and breakfasts in as we were traveling with an infant.
We did have issues with the grill and garbage disposal not working/falling into disrepair during our trip but it was towards the end and we told management not to worry about repairing during our stay. They were very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay. Pool, clubhouse and beach area was nice. We never received gate code or entry instructions. Our flight got delayed and we got in later that expected and it took over a hour to finally contact someone to help at midnight. Finally reached a very nice lady who stayed in contact with us to ensure we got into the condo. She also let us have a late check out, possibly because of the check in troubles. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. It was a bit outdated, but very comfortable.

The house was exactly what we needed for our family vacation. We all felt super at home. The kids made their space on the patio and loved the outdoor TV. We fished from the pier and beach, took day trips, and enjoyed dinner nightly on the patio. overall, exceed expectations.
