Beautiful property, absolutely ideally placed for celebrating graduation! Within walking distance of York St. John uni and town centre. The house is tired in some places but it is a lovely house with excellent parking for 3 cars and an enclosed rear garden, really handy for doggie guests. We walked into the city a number of times and it took about 15 mins. York has a lot to offer, lots of shopping in very attractive surroundings and many pubs and restaurants. Avoid the all year round Christmas shop, it is full of over priced tat.
