Home was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet and private. Short distance to beautiful beach. Disappointed that the TV in main living room kept malfunctioning. We unfortunately had poor weather the week we were there so didn’t get to fully enjoy the amenities. Would have loved to use the pool and the bikes. Did use the golf cart a couple times to go to the sunset on the beach.

We spent a month and Kim and Andy’s in December with our 3 kids. The house was a wonderful setup on a nice private road away from traffic yet still very close to 30a and the beach. We had a blast using the provided golf cart. Kim and Andy were so responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay. We loved our stay there!

The house was just as advertised. With even more space than expected. The additional linens were nice. The whole home and property was very well maintained. Prior to our visit I contacted Kim and Andy to inquire about the plunge pool being heated and the television programming. They responded promptly and were happy to heat the pool for a reasonable fee and cable and internet were great.The kitchen was very well stocked, for cooking large meals. Well made cookware and utensils.
The golf cart made it easy to run out for coffee or ice cream without having to fight traffic or parking.
The garage was well stocked for a day at the beach with chairs, toys, umbrellas and even a cooler. This is a big plus for out of town guest.
The only issue I can even mention was the need for more towels, (because of the pool) and the neighbors were not very friendly. But that is no fault of Kim and Andy and hardly worth mentioning. Over all experience was wonderful and I would stay here again.

One of the best hosts! They were very nice the whole time, whenever I asked a question they were very quick with responding! House was beautiful, with perfect location! My family had a wonderful time at the house!

The house is spacious and the amenities are great (we couldn’t use the pool because of the cold weather). The house itself just needs a little TLC, specially the kitchen, the cabinets need some painting, the microwave handle was broken, the stove didn’t heat up very well and one burner kept turning on by itself. Other than that, great experience. Would come back if the house gets updated.
