Awesome place that seemed way too good to be true reading the listing, but once there, i realized that it is true and it was perfect in every way imaginable.
I am picky on some very small details like expired pancake syrup in a cabinet, the welcome basket that was left for us had expired Goldfish snacks in it and the paper describing the rules and details about the place was for another Airbnb hosted by the same person so some info on there wasn't true. There wasn't any coins in the closet for us to use the coin-op washer/dryer in the basement as described. The address was different, the wifi on the paper was different than the one Airbnb said to use and the check-in/out times weren't the same as on the Airbnb listing but that's me being picky on tiny details that didn't matter in the end !

We just spent Spring Break here, with 3 teenage boys. We all loved everything about this property. The game room in the basement was a big hit with the boys, while my husband and I so enjoyed the view from the master bedroom and living room. We set the alarm every morning so that we didn’t miss a single sunrise. Don’t skip doing that, it is breathtaking and just gives a peaceful start to your day. Manitowac is a quick drive up the road and had everything we needed. Groceries, restaurants, museums, coffee shops, etc. I’m embarrassed to say I’ve lived my entire life in the Midwest and had no idea the beauty of eastern Wisconsin or the vastness of the Great Lakes. Who knew you could have the sound & visual of ocean waves in the Midwest? I only wish it would have been warm enough to open a window overnight to listen to them. We saw eagles, great blue herons, seagulls, a large group of swans, & cardinals. The beds/bedding are very comfortable. We would love to come back again!
