Perfect stay for lads working in the area. Brilliant property.

Pros: Gary was a very responsive and helpful host. Though I didn't take up the offer, when there was a temporary problem with the heating he was quick to offer up another flat he had in the building. He was open to my late check-in request too. The buildingis in a great location (not so much the flat, see below). It's a short drive to the city centre and there are lots of local conveniences at the doorstep.
Cons: Unfortunately, there are some. the flat's ground floor location isn't the best. The bedroom window faces the parking court and you are very exposed with the blinds open. Similarly, the living room windows are right by the pavement. Lastly, there are signs of wear and tear. The flat isn't as sparkling new as the pictures (at the time of booking) may suggest.
50/50 on whether I'd stay in this particularly property again but I would certainly stay in one Gary's other places. Likely not a ground floor unit though.

Cozy apartment, my family and I loved our accommodation! The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook something. The bathroom is a good size, with hot water there is no problem. The surrounding area is quite lively, the apartment is located in a quieter street. Public transport is good,
