This condo is exactly as it states. So clean 😊

It's a fantastic house in a well-secured colony. There are options to play sports such as tennis/ pickleball and a small gym. There is also a small beach near the property as well. The property is spotless, and the hosts maintain everything very well during our visit in Jan 2024.
The only downside of this property, I can imagine, is not having a beach view to wake up to. If that is not a concern for you, go for this property!

Beautiful oceanfront location with great amenities. We enjoyed being able to cook and eat in our own patio, the grill area is so close, local mahi is delish. Easy to walk to town to shop and eat. We enjoyed being able to run, bike and swim parts of the Ironman Kona course as well as relax in the sun, easy access to lots of island activities. The unit and the complex are clean, quiet and easy to enjoy. Our second time at Kona Reef and would definitely stay in this unit and location again.
