Went to NYC for the Big East Tournament, and staying at Koichi's place was a huge part of the success of my stay! Clean, quiet, easy to find and two blocks from Madison Square Garden. Koichi was very communicative throughout the entire process and it was a pleasure to stay at her establishment. I highly recommend this establishment as a great place to stay in Mid-town Manhattan!

We stayed here for a show at Irving Plaza and it's a great spot for that. The apartment was a step above a comparable hotel rate as it includes a fridge and a microwave (some hotels don't). There are no ridiculous cleaning instructions here, you just need to toss the trash in the bins out front on the way out. Overall I'm glad we stayed here!

Great location. Exactly as in the descriptions. Koichi is nice and always responsive. The room is small but it has everything you need. The sink, fridge, and microwave inside are super useful! The beddings are very comfy. The wall is not that soundproof but it’s quite quiet during night times. Highly recommend!
